Very good and quick service, I ordered a set of nordic walking poles at the weekend and they were with me by Tuesday a.m. I was notified at every stage of the purchase. Very professional, I will be happy to use again.

The product is fine. My gripe resides in the lack of effort put into highlighting how you can pay additional delivery fees and not be guaranteed delivery within these times. In my mind, paying extra for a more specific service means getting a higher quality service or more complicated delivery option. This was not my experience and when I contacted them about this I was not met with any compassion or understanding of this; I was simply told this was outlined in the Delivery Policy. This is conveniently hidden in a completely separate tab throughout the entire purchase process and is not what I would expect from a company operating with such renown. In my opinion this is disgusting behaviour.

My first experience and it was fantastic! I think my order got here from England faster than any domestic orders I've ever placed. I swear I ordered it one day and it was here the next. How did they do that? They must be magic people! Seriously though, super fast delivery the product is packed very well. The communication from them was amazing! I got an email at every step of the way that they were packing and then they were shipping and then what to expect. I might order from England every time from now on instead here in the US! I can't say enough good things I am super stoked and they were the only ones left in the world who had the color helmet I wanted and it's beautiful.

I placed a small order on Sunday, despite living in the Scottish Highlands my order arrived on Tuesday. I received e-mails keeping me informed of how the order was progressing. Great service.

Rapid email customer service, even on a Sunday. Really helpful and so knowledgeable about snow sport equipment. More than happy to price match and nice to get 20% of the difference back. My go to place whenever I need winter kit.

I was looking for a new pair of Hiking/Trekking boots to replace a pair that were worn out. I'm not a fan of buying footwear online as you never know what the fit will be like. These days however we don't have much choice, I came across Absolute Snow who had the boots that I wanted on offer at a great price, they also gave me another 10% off for signing up to their newsletter. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed at every stage of the dispatch process. They also have an excellent returns policy which persuaded me to buy the boots from them, if they don't fit it would have cost me £3 to return. Luckily they fit perfectly so I didn't need the returns service. An excellent company which I would use again.

Used Absolute Snow many times. Recently had a pair of snowboard boots that had torn only after a month of use. Luckly the team were super to get the situation sorted. As it was a fault they gave me a credit note which i used to purchase a different pair of boots. Big thank you to Jess B as she was great help, keep my updated and being very clear in what was happening.

I've been doing snow sports for 10 years and have followed this company when they we called bargain boards. They're also so well priced and great reliable delivery. I always go here first when looking for new equipment.

I was really pleased with this company, great communication and clear guidance throughout regarding the progress of my order through to despatch.
